This is THE place to enjoy a delicious and authentic Italien food, cooked with love and passion by Anna, served politely and efficiently by Gino (in the picture, not sure if the name is right).
Colourfull ceramic plates, made on the island, are used for all dishes and the home-made bread was still warm when served.
We ordered Cozze Marina (mussles in tomato sauce), gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce and insalata mista.
We love Italian food, we have eaten seafood all around the world; however the Cozze Marina Anna prepared for us where the best ever!!
The gnocchi gorgonzala were light like pillows with just the right amount of gorgonzola and with just a light dust of parmesan cheese. Another bravo to the cook/chef Anna.
We finished our meal with a glass of Grappa and walked happily into the afternoon.
Mille gracie per l'ottimo pranzo!!A real Italian treat and local experience. We twice enjoyed a great dinner. Nice, family run restaurant. Don’t expect a fancy restaurant, but rather a real Italien experience.

Friendly and sweet staff, really good fritto misto (fried squid and shrimps) and great pasta! Had a glass of the house sparkling wine and it was perfect. They were really friendly and kind to our dog, it was a great lunch! Really recommend and will I will return.

Had an absolutely delicious meal here - even when Italy was in a soccer match! The seafood so very fresh and cooked perfectly. Lovely host too

We were first time in Portoferraio with my friends and we choose this restaurant randomly and I must say we had a big luck. It is very beautiful family restaurant with absolutely fantastic people! and the food was delicisios! It was SUPERB!
